Bye Bye Bergen

So, the day has arrived to start our adventure to Norway for a Hertigruten Cruise to the. Fyords.

We booked this trip ages ago and the time has passed really slowly but it's finally here.

We arrived in Bergen by lunchtime and was on our little ship by 6pm and up on the outside deck by 8pm ready to set sail. 

It's a small cargo ship that holds about 900 passengers. The cabins are basic but the rest of the ship is surprisingly modern, tastefully decorated and pleasant - apart from the live crabs in a tank in the restaurant!! 

The buffet dinner was amazing . Literally can't wait to be fed everyday for 12 days!!! 

(Back blipping while sitting outside a Cathedral in Trondheim without my glasses! Because they have good wifi!!!)
