A YEAR AND A BIT ON

The door has just about given in to the ivy now, and the empty window shows that the book shop has sadly given up altogether. A cherub birdbath has been brought along to cheer up the ginnel, but I'm sure it used to stand in a garden round the corner. I wonder if the owners know he has relocated?
