Glaciers

Another backblip

We flew from Patagonia to Santiago for one last night in Chile. 

It was fairly cloudy and had actually snowed on the mountains during the night. Unusual even in that area for this time of year.

From the plane I could see the glaciers up high in the Andes and they are immense. It was hard to capture through a tiny plane window, but the blue ice is really quite something.

They are so old and it's so sad that they are slowly disappearing.
