Leftover salmon

Too good to be wasted. Mixed with crème fraiche, fresh dill, more peas than necessary, but what a delicious supper.

Otherwise it’s been a busy but frustrating day. Busy is fine but when certain young people decide it’s fun to push buttons, the enthusiasm disappears. Hopefully their chosen behaviour will not be repeated tomorrow.
