Walk in the sunshine

It was lovely first thing so we decided on a walk and I didn't bother with BP.  I'm not that keen on the Monday instructor 'come on guys, you can do it'!  It was so nice to have the sunshine after all the rain although it was muddy underfoot.  We walked across the fields and remembered back to the days when there were apple and plum trees - now nothing, not sure what they will be growing.

Home for breakfast and I cooked eggs and bacon but the poached eggs were hard!  First world problems.  OH took some bits to the dump and visited MIL and I did some sewing - making a second sewing machine cover, this time for No.1

I had a chat with her on the phone this afternoon and she had done a long walk but was feeling tired.  I was trying not to feel sad at everything she is going through but to celebrate all the hurdles she has overcome so far.  Onwards and upwards.
