The Magnolia has Sprung!

Spring is now Springing!
I wondered if it might be,
checked and... Peek of Pink! 

I'm running a bit behind, it's been a catching up day today, lots of small jobs, I feel like I've been quite productive.  Chased some paperwork, prepped for boiler repair tomorrow, de-iced the freezer, that sort of thing.
Still more to do so I'll leave you with my lovely Magnolia, "Felix" who has a multitude of buds this year and they're all opening up, deliciously!  It's a great time of year.  Full of enthusiasm for the sun and the warmth to come, yet before the hayfever has kicked in!!
