Fancy porridge
The early Italian strawberries are delicious.
Top tip: I’ve taken to putting porridge bowls and coffee cups in the oven to pre-warm them. Makes such a difference. The porridge stays hot till et and that dilemma between taking sips of coffee while dealing ( there speaks a sassenach ha ha) with the parritch ( which doesn’t work) is banished as the coffee also stays agreeably hot until post-porridge can be enjoyed to the full in its solitary splendour.
