This image has everything.
There was drama.
As The Boss pushed down on the barbed wire, slipped and cut his hand. Oh Blood and snow. Lovely colour contrast.
There was excitement.
As he stepped over and found there was a significant height difference on the other side as his boot kept going down.
There was sharing.
As he found out later that acyclinggranny had been photographing the entire event.
And there was delight
'Cos the whole performance had been worth it he thought.
And the Ducks
Tried to land and Quacked up.

Oh and there is of course the story that involved Granny the cycler, J of Travelling Kiwi, D of 3 blank Blipfoto journals (funny story here but embargoed at present...sorry), and The Boss who all hopped in Suzz this morning and went to the Lindis Pass for a photo shoot.
It was a stunning morning but chilly at no degrees with big signs about black ice and other hazards but ended, as these adventures usually do, at the Tarras coffee shoppe.
