Immersion Day

Pretty much a more fun version of orientation. A few senior managers/VPs talked about their departments. My favorite to hear about were business development and the Fiat brand. This is the balloon car race. The winning team got track jackets. Unfortunately, my team finished second. But at least we all got good food, a Chrysler t-shirt, and a Lord of the Rings DVD.
