Last spin

The BMW gets picked up tomorrow and I couldn't resist taking it out for a last wee spin. It's still a great drive. Just went a few miles up towards Sheriffmuir. Sadly it was a bit disappointing, the brake calliper issue was getting really bad so I didn't go that far before turning back, and the long summer grass meant visibility round the corners on that twisty road was poor so I had to go canny. Not the last blast I'd hoped for. But the steering, handling and character are a cut above most cars and made me realise again what I'll be missing.

Another bonus: found Portishead Third CD in the stereo, and 1 Euro in the boot!!
