Fore!

A bit of rough going on the back 9 just now.  Despite the mild temperatures and rain, there is still plenty of snow on the ground.  This flag actually is a marker for the wee meadow I started.  I will be very interested to see if the milkweed seeds I scattered in the fall come up.  More rain today and for several days in the week ahead so the snow will slowly disappear.  I'm just very happy it's rain and not more snow.  The Alaskan Inuit have over 50 words for snow.  I only have two, "BE GONE!"
