Today I attended a fantastic art course with the wonderful Eclectic P'arts @The Kemptown Book Shop.

Paula, from Eclectic P'arts ran a ZenTangle drawing class for beginners. 

I had done this form of art when I was younger with out realising it was a thing, The art of doodling with patterns. Very relaxing  indeed.
