I had bad day today, I was feeling really low because I am struggling with server exhaustion, brain fog and excessive pain. 

I know compared to some I have little to worry about, but dealing with chronic pain on a daily bases can be soul destroying. 

I decided to try and challenge myself a bit and get out in the garden again.

This cup says it all,  being in the garden really helped my head space.
