You're all I'll ever need

We woke to anniversary greeting from Boy. 

' witness the fruits of your union'... And then reminded us he was par-boiled at the time of the union 

We don't typically do anything. We have a.lovely time with each other whatever day it is 

I've been particularly stressed at work the last couple of weeks.  Stressed to sitting sniffling at my desk at times. 

It will be okay once we are over the hump but a night out was needed tonight to make.uo for a particularly hard day 

(Although coming home to all my blinds cleaned and the floors washed and carpets vacuumed was quite a joy in itself -  I have myself the best of men)

We grabbed the only table left and sniggered to ourselves. People walking in ahead of us looking for tables up the back were disappointed.   

Old Fashions lined up. Together with some tasty snacks. We contemplated not going round to see Jerry Sadowitzch - where the majority of the guest in the establishment we had chosen appeared all to be going.  

Right on twenty past seven the whole place.almost evacuated as they walked the five minutes to the concert hall. Chris Difford of Squeeze was on the other week ... What's going.on?


We giggled a lot about how we haven't changed at all in all the time we've known each other. 

We sniggered a bit when an old acquaintance of mine  walked past and stopped to talk  

We laughed some more when we realised it had got to eight o'clock and we were ready for home 

We didn't tho. We paid and headed to another bar.  Someone else has recently taken over and we popped in to see how it was faring 

Can't see it lasting long 

Mine host was standing grinning behind the bar. Unable iit would appear to partake in any small talk.  

Himself told me the toilets were in the worst state he had ever seen a pub toilet and when the old landlord walked in everyone yelled 'james' and he did the round talking to the twenty or so customer.  Not buying a drink tho. While mine host stood and looked awkward to one side of the bar 

Time for.home and we grabbed a taxi and got home 

I took a photo of us downstairs before we came.up but by the time I looked and saw I looked like a ball (see extra)   

He had already stripped off
