A nice morning.

It was quite spring like this morning when I walked the dogs, so I am grateful for that much at least.
However my selection of photos for Joe Tree day were mediocre at best.

At lunch time the heavens opened and it has continued pretty much until dark.

I had an appointment in town at two, and after that whizzed across the road to Sainsbury’s, where the centre courtyard was almost empty and afforded me a decent angle of a much nicer Joe Tree Day tree.

I have signed up for Lightroom, so spent a while processing it when I got home and getting familiar with the feature of LR. Lots to learn of course, and I’ve got a few YouTube videos lined up.

I am hoping to go and sign up at the local Leisure Centre over the weekend, as I’m thinking of getting some exercise in the swimming pool.

I was also given some new exercises today by the podologist who has recommended one called ‘dead bug’ - having done a small amount of research on this I’m pretty sure I already do something similar in Pilates anyway.
