Joe Tree Day

I didn’t go far today, so I couldn’t find a really spectacular tree to photograph, but this Norway Maple is special to me because of its location, right in front of our church. That’s a mixed blessing though because, although it’s a lovely tree, it does rather obscure views of the church from a photographer’s point of view, especially in summer when it’s in full leaf. So here’s my humble offering for Joe Tree Day, with a huge thanks to him for coming up with this brilliant app. And another big thank you too to all the lovely folk who keep the site going so well behind the scenes. I think you’re all fantastic.
