A moment of sunshine!

The weather forecast was pretty accurate although there was a brief sunny interval when I took this photo. I considered taking a photo of the bigger waves during the hail storm but wasn’t sure my fingers were working because of the cold.
The seawall was closed so we were routed round the wasteland which combined with the rain/hail/wind made it particularly difficult. Consequently we walked nearly all of our 5 laps/26km. But despite getting cold and wet we had a lovely time chatting and catching up with each others news. Very glad to have done it, but would like nicer weather next time!
