Ribbon grass

Ribbon grass is attractive, useful and grows in beds, between paving and so must be controlled!
I managed an hour in the garden this morning before going out to lunch, followed by short mat bowls, when it was warm and summery!
But it has been raining heavily for some hours now, and I had to go out in it to take some photos!
The rain will be good for vegetables and flowers, but we are hoping for a dry weekend!
