Big smiles for Dad

Today I got up and ready and then we left but instead of going to baby sensory as usual we went to the doctors and I got horrible jags! I was very upset but calmed down after a few minutes. Then I had a nice sleep then home for lunch. Mummy and I were going to stay in but we ended up popping over to my friend Lewis' house as mummy hasn't seen the other mums for a while. Abbie was there and we just missed Ava. They both gave me lovely birthday presents! Then we went home for dinner. As soon as we got home I got very upset. Mummy couldn't quite work out why but put it down to the jags and for an hour she tried everything to calm me. I wouldn't eat or drink but she managed to give me some calpol so when that kicked in I managed a bit of dinner and some water. Daddy was at work and mummy was on her own with me so granny came over after work, by then I was much better. I didn't want to smile though until mummy said daddy's name and I then smiled a huge smile just for him.
