Joyce and Tilly

Sunshine and blue skies today. A definite hint of spring in the air for the extra leap year day. Mr P set off after breakfast on his drive down to Manchester. He’s there overnight as he’s helping son no 2 pack up the rest of his belongings and travelling back up with him tomorrow. Son no 2 (aka Chris) is taking a 6 month career break to travel with his girlfriend around Asia and South America.
I worked my way through my moving house checklist in the morning and then spent the afternoon at the Hydro (nothing strenuous). I met my fellow volunteer and her lovely little dog en route and then stopped off at the Tontine with Janet and Kate for tea on the way home (no cake for me sadly). Out again for a Yes Tweeddale meeting in the evening. Rather strange to be home alone tonight
