Sitting to the table.

Today I was expecting the physiotherapist help me to sit on the edge of my bed and stand again. The physiotherapist had a different plan and so after standing for a minute she “encouraged” me to walk to the doors! When we got there off we went along the corridors before gently performing a pirouette and returning to a chair next to my bed.
After a three quarters of an hour I was asked to go to with two porters for a standing X-ray. Back to my chair and after 30 minutes there I returned to bed .
Back to my chair for my tasty ham salad and fresh fruit salad afters. So nice to be able to eat at the table in a position other than horizontal.
Just now got back into bed and totally exhausted.
