Bright & Breezy

A glorious sunny day, let down by the strong breeze with gale force gusts.  I dithered about going out, but as such bright days are rare, the decision was nearly made for me - how could I not go out?
In the afternoon, 'grown-up' phone calls - firstly to get a redemption figure on the mortgage, which I can now afford to pay off.  Then trying to get in touch with the Pension Service.  I gave up after half an hour of being on hold.  Will try again tomorrow.
