Behemoth

The covered meat dish used to be in the Servants' Quarters but has now been moved to the main Dining Room.  

It's massive, and those poor servants would have had to have carried it, fully laden, from the Servants' Quarters down to the House ready for the Governor's dinner.

it was heavy enough even with no joint of meat inside.
