Stylin’ at the Market

This was the first sunny day we’ve had at the Wednesday Market in a good long time, and people seemed real happy to be out and about. The sun seems to bring out the inner fashionista in some folks. I was snagged by the boots, intrigued by the velvet trousers, and charmed by the retro color combo. We got swordfish, lettuce, and apples, in case you were wondering. Although we have several apple trees at home, we don’t have the cold storage necessary to make our harvest last this long. We do, however, have a riot of kiwis at the moment, and they are the mainstay of our breakfasts.
