The Recteq RT1250!

We have a new pellet grill and it is incredible. 
Our old Traeger finally wore out and we replaced it with this big guy. It has a max temp of 700 degrees - did someone say Pittsburgh Black and Blue?
It also has 1250 inches of much-needed grilling space for our big family.
We did the first burn yesterday. Today I seasoned it by cooking chicken thighs, as recommended. They were amazing.
