I'LL BE BACK !

Well it has been a long day indeed as I write this and made worse by a thunderous headache which has lingered in me all day anyway but that's the bad news out the way I had taken my mother to get her weekly shopping at Tesco this morning then dropped a message off at my oldest brothers work for him then I was off to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary Hospital with my CPAP sleep apnea machine to have the 30 days of information it gathered on my sleeping after my night in the sleep clinic and the nurse Helen who checked the information downloaded from the machine when she looked at the results she said Wow that is excellent as for the 30 days I averaged 8 hours 10 minutes a night on the machine and all the other graphs that give out other info like leaks from the mask etc and how much air I was taking in was all excellent as well so now when the Doctor is in tomorrow he will be sending a copy of a letter to our Railway Doctor's to confirm I have the condition under full control and hopefully that should allow the Railway Doctor to allow me to resume Driving Trains again but I'm not scheduled to work many days next week as I'm in London Monday and Tuseday for the Canada Day celebrations in Trafalgar Square on the 1st of July as the Canadian Embassy is situated there then will be heading somewhere lovely on Wednesday when I'm back in Scotland Tuesday night and the rest of the week is pretty leisurely as well with my appointment at the Railway Doctor on Friday so that was my day anyway along with having a lovely chat earlier this afternoon, so my blip was to be of a dog shaking the water off her back but it was not as good as I thought so this other shot that I took in North Queensferry is of Post Office Lane but could find no sign of a post office but did the shot in an HDR style and it turned out no bad so movie for the day is " Post Office Investigator 1949" See Ya
