Collect

We spent the morning planting up some planters on the balcony with small shrubs and polyanthus.  They look very pretty now, I hope the weather is kind.

We spent the afternoon at the Collect Contemporary Craft Fair at Somerset House on the Strand with a group from the V&A.  This was just one of the amazing pieces of glass and ceramics on display (it's about a foot in diameter), and I'm sorry I didn't note the name of the artist.

This evening we are meeting up for dinner with some more friends who we haven't seen for a long time.

Our life is schizophrenic - almost monastic in the country but packing in as much as possible in town.
