One Little Pig...

As I stopped on my way back from Iona to watch and photograph the piglets and their mum, it made me think about the tale of The Three Little Pigs. I was amazed to read that the first printed versions date back to the 1840s!

These little pigs were busy rooting around and didn't really take any notice of me until a friend stopped to chat. Then it was like an unusual sports day race as they charged over, probably to see if we had anything tasty for them...
