Desk macro

I find it so difficult to do macro shoots, simply because I am permanently seated. It's a height thing you see. In the end I found enough height and distance sat at my computer, albeit it dark, I was able to utilise the over    head magnifier lamp I have attached to an especially made bookshelf. 
 Both the shell and stone were found by Rebecca whilst walking Millie on our local beach. The shell looks somewhat  sun bleached to me and round by perpetual wave motion, that or I'm being silly.
