Tiny Tuesday - Spring is in the air!

My friend Anne brought me a little pot of 'mystery' bulbs when she came for coffee just after Christmas. They turned out to be mini daffs which were a lovely reminder of the coming spring, but today, when I went home to read my meter, they were past their best. Still gave me a blip for Tiny Tuesday though.

Another big pot of parsnip-and-parmesan soup was made this morning. I've put half in the freezer and the rest will keep me going over the next few days at lunchtime. In the meantime there's a prawn-and-veg stir fry waiting for me...
