Poor picture and yes he is on the toilet but it has been that sort of day really.

This is W trying to touch his nose with his tongue and failing miserably! You can even start to see the indentation in the middle where it is tethered. Tried choose and book again today for an appt for him. Now they have no availability so tomorrow I will be speaking to the surgery for advice as to what to do next.
