Wortley Hall

A short walk from Wortley village car-park and through the hall grounds.  I needed yoghurt from the Post Office, soo thought I'd make a walk of it.  A little amusement as I walked out with a whippet that was having fun and running between a woman who was walking ahead of me and then back to me, with her owner in the middle.  In the end the woman who was walking ahead turned back and once we were all together she was captured.

I was really tired yesterday afternoon so didn't do a great deal.  Surprisingly my blood pressure reading was the nearest to normal for the week.  Maybe the walk did do some good.
