Another in my "He's Blipped Another Bloody Flower" Series. I think it's very pretty.

So. Got up this morning (after the Cat Terror had subsided) and managed to do all the things I needed to do and got to work. Relatively pain free start to the day.

However, a huge sneeze triggered a back spasm - lower back this time - and caused a great deal of discomfort for the rest of the day. I gritted it out though, as I was pretty determined to help and not let SK do everything on his own.

And so at just after 5 I decided that maybe walking home would help. It was the slowest I've ever walked. I could have taken the bus but I had that nagging voice in my head that just kept repeating "A bit of exercise will do you good, now stop moaning".

Anyway. Home now. I'm off until next Thursday because my mum is coming to Germany tomorrow. Haven't seen her since I emigrated, so it should be a bit of fun.
