Bean Soup
Alubia Blanca, dandelion, and potato soup with cilantro microgreens. Wine: Zorzettig Orientali Refosco dal Peduncolo Friuli Collli Rosso 2020.
The soup was very nice. We haven't had a red Friuli before, so I do not know whether cherry cola is a typical tasting note.
