A whole day with no rain!

And it was sunny. With a VERY cold wind. I went to my local beach but it was too cold to stay for long. The sea was an interesting colour, and there were gannets diving in the distance.

There was a lot of news today about bickering politicians. I barely listened but they said one politician had a second job presenting tv news. What? Hasn’t he got enough to do in his full time job? Maybe he should work part time as an MP and get part time wages. There are other important jobs working with people - doctors, nurses, teachers ……..they work hard and couldn’t possibly be tv news presenters as well! So why do we allow our politicians to do it?
