Flood plain

Another bright morning and clouding over in the afternoon. No rain so far.

Usual Monday of two dog walks and trip to  town.  In the morning the breeze picked up. Cycling in it gave me a cardiac workout. I'm used to it now.

Made spinach eggah, a middle eastern oven baked frittata.  I added leek and peas and served it with oven roasted sweet potato and carrot. Delicious.

Now going to catch up on something on my tablet.
