Russian Roulette

Today has been a great day. I had my PDR done today (usually fills me with dread) but today it was really good talk and I got a lot of my chest on how I thought my work/carer was going and they agreed :D
Instead of lots of clerical work they are going to use me as what they hired me for, a health care assistant with a view to do my assistant practitioners course. Big changes are coming soon :)
I decided to celebrate by buying myself some revels or as it's sometimes called Russian roulette because you don't know when the coffee sweet is coming lol
