Step One...

...make a wee apron for a hen.  I was puttering around the studio and found an old book my friend Stephanie, who was tragically killed last September, had given me a couple of years ago. The children's book was written by Emma Brock in 1933.  She knew how I love vintage things and said, "You can make something with this."  So, I decided to do it.  I knew I had a vintage cabinet card of a hen (who doesn't?) and then I spent a happy hour making a wee apron for her.  Where this will go, not quite sure yet but the apron and vintage wallpaper is a good start.
