Knackered.

Early long frosty walk along the beach. As we got back to our starting point we met a pal and his dog. We set off again. Much blethers and before we knew it we had walked from Bo'ness to Blackness. We must have done in total six miles!  Fair enough, no great distance for some of you, but doing it in a heavy pair of wellies, my legs are puggled.
