It is time to make strawberry jam!!!

It is summer here,in Istanbul and it is very hot and humid...
Summer means you can find a lot of kinds of fresh fruit...
So I decided to make strawberry jam at home...When they start to boil,I couldn't resist to take photo of them...besides the smell.... You should try to make jam and smell it while it is boiling...It is one of the best smells I have ever seen...
