Scilla siberica

We have at least two of these little blooms in our garden, at different spots.
This plant is called Siberian Bluestar in Germany, but in English it is the Siberian squill or wood squill.
Obviously it blooms earlier than in previous years, although March is still normal. And to be honest, the other one doesn't look so pretty. It seems to struggle.
