Envy or lust?

I can't quite decide if I'm envious of the person that just bought this guitar or if I just really want it. This is a '94 40th anniversary Fender Stratocaster with lace sensor pickups and locking tuners. That might sound like nonsense to some but to a guitarist, it's holy scripture! However, I'm not sure I'm envious of the £1200 price tag...
