Beneath, Above, Within!

The theme of today's bike ride was definitely cloud/fog/mist which we were beneath, above and within at times through the route.

A fab ride taking in some of the hidden gems above Otley with funny names such as Bland Hill and Worstall Crags. A treat to drop down into Pateley Bridge and then pedal along the beautiful roads to Appletreewick and Barden.

I loved it and there was an the odd splash of sunshine. Perfect! :-)

Pyjamas firmly on, feet up and ready for the next episode of Trigger Point. :-)
