A definite sign of spring edging closer. Not as sunny as yesterday, but still a very pleasant day. A lazy morning, a trip to the farm shop so we have food for the week, and then this pm a very interesting demonstration on making sauerkraut- at the wonderful shop, Hedgehog Organics, in Bingley.

Neeps and Tatties with haggis for tea tonight, the sauerkraut will be ready in 3 weeks.
