The girl from Newcastle, she said.....

It was a chilly, but sunny start to the day, perfect running weather for someone like me who overheats very easily. This was about half way in and is one of my local ish parks. 

Otherwise a fairly quiet Sunday. A mini food shop to tide us over until the rest is delivered, the usual washing / cleaning that's needed and a bit more rugby. We won't talk about yesterday.

Hopefully the death certificate will be available tomorrow so J can register his mum and start the various balls rolling for the funeral. I need to go to the house and collect her phone and address book so we can get hold of the Irish side of the family but we agreed noone would go back this weekend. I did empty the fridge and turn the heating down on thursday but that was about it. 

And in much better news, my nephew proposed to his long term (and first) girlfriend, and she said YES! We've all been waiting for it as they've been together since they were 18 (and are 25 now) but it's still lovely news.
