Workshop

My friends Amy and Jake, who were staying with me, wee delivering a workshop to teachers in the county on diverse books for children and how to use them in the classroom. This was organised as part of a bid I was involved with, with the team of school librarians, called Stand Up & Be Counted. It provided every school in the county with a core pack of diverse books a well as events and workshops etc.. I met Amy and Jake through my involvement with the Carnegie Medals and we kept in touch.  The workshop went really well. The are both extremely knowledgeable!
