An unusual sight in a hospital room

There was a level hanging on the wall in my ex’s hospital room. I have no idea why. Yes, he was transferred from the rehab to the hospital last night. The hospital says he has sepsis. Very sick. Please pray for all of us to get thru this saga that has been going on since 12/12..
