parkrun day and off to London

Very eventful parkrun volunteer collapsed...and had possible stroke. Was a shock.
Delayed start I would.of cancelled if Race director.
Then 1.min into run young girl tripped crossing model railway line, Feceplanted and was screaming.. Felt.quite un. nerved.today and end up running another pb.. still nowhere near where I was pre covid..

Off.to London to Tonight Josephine 1 hour.stop cocktails and a shot before arriving at Westminster Central Hall candlelight concert and yes its Coldplay..
