Dog on the Loose

When I visited Jane today we went for a walk when there was a break in the weather as it's been raining on & off all day.
We walked around the pond then up round where there was a bridge across the Crumbles sewer where we were watching the Ducks, how I love the ducks that look like Jeremy & Jemima Puddleduck.
We were surprised, shocked & saddened to see a Dog on the Loose; it's owner was shouting for him, luckily he didn't get to the ducks, but gave them a fright.
Dogs should be kept on a lead...... it says so on signs around the park.
