I started the day with an eight mile drive over to Prestatyn for the Nova Parkrun.  It was just 1ºC when I left home but slightly warmer on the coast at 5ºC. It was my 80th park run and I finished in 64th place with a time of  00:28:38.

I had breakfast at the M&S cafe and did some shopping there afterwards.

A bright and sunny afternoon - I did some gardening, washed the car and did a short 4.5 km walk up to the top of Y Graig nature reserve which is on the edge of the village. I spotted this lovely horse on the way back home.
